Newport Pagnell Lovat Hall Community Centre Refurbishment for a Sustainable Future

The project aims to repair a leaking, drafty, energy inefficient community hall by replacing an uninsulated degrading asbestos roof with an insulated new roof and installation of solar panels for sustainable energy for the whole building.
The project will ensure the community hall is weather tight and safe and ensure the future of the hall. It will also save energy by reducing heat loss and the pv panels will be sufficient to meet the electricity requirements of the entire building, with batteries for energy storage.
