NCC is heavily involved in creating positive social change for the community by way of its high interactive programmes. The people of the town, for various functions and purposes, use the building in question.
The roof is suffering from severe nail rot and slate slippage . The whole roof needs replacing including leadwork and guttering. When it rains, water literally pours into the building threatening the whole infrastructure of the building.
