Energy efficiency improvements to the Hall – Installation of underfloor insulation and plastering and decorating internal walls throughout the buiding, fit new external and internal doors plus floor tiles in lobby and reduce draughts to make the Hall more comfortable for visitors, on completion the Hall will be decorated to finish off.
