Newtown Play Area (Carlisle)

The aim of the project is to provide a safe environment in which children of the parish can play, whilst utilising a large existing open space in the village of Newtown; encouraging traditional and healthy play within a rural setting. Once play equipment has been installed a perimeter fence and path will be erected; providing a safe environment in which both able and disabled children/users can fully utilise. The beneficiaries cover a vast age range: from babies and toddlers to teenagers and young adults.
