The renovation of the building to provide a facility for community use. Funding would be used to replace doors and window frames, install a damp proof course, undertake treatment of timber and re-wire the electrics. The building would be an off shoot of the adjacent church, providing smaller meetings rooms which would be used by self help groups addressing such issues as bereavement, divorce, debt, one to one counselling, etc. as well as offering space for other groups to hire. It will also be used as a drop in centre for the homeless, lonely and others in need in the community.
