Replace existing timber windows
Replacement of the 12 timber window frames and sashes with double glazing in the style of the existing 1920’s design
existing windows are almost 100 years old, are rotting and local conservation committee disallowed UPVC replacement. If not undertaken the existing windows will fail completely, also heat loss is approx 30% and will continue through the single glazed units.
