Remove old suspended ceiling and refurbish original ceiling above.

The project will include the dismantling old suspended ceilings in main halls and kitchen, dispose of waste, upgrade of lighting, re-board and plaster between king beams in main halls, remove old lath and plaster ceiling, re-board and plaster between king beams in kitchen.
