North Skelton Village Hall, Improvement Project

To remove and dispose of 9 rotten, leaking window frames and replace with 9 UPVC double glazed energy efficient Pilkington glass replacement windows. Make good any plastering and building work as required. To take out existing gas flue, brick and make good plastering. Supply and fix enternal door holders. Supply and fix 2 handrails to wheelchair access.
A building regulation application has been submitted and approved by Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council.
