North West Lowlands Water Vole Project

Contribution towards the conservation of the Water Vole through out the North West Lowlands area. The project will allow the employemnt of two water voles oficers to conduct and coordinate survey work, in new areas and areas where the water vole has been previously recorded. The survey will include moniroing habitat management practises and recording signs of mink, the officer will be involved in planning and managing practical work later in the process.
