Northern Villages Community Building Scheme

To replace an existing community building with a fit for purpose facility to support community activity and services and changing facilities for outdoor sport and leisure activities.
To improve outdoor space surrounding the new community facility, including improvements to cap park and landscaping.
To improve opportunities for parents and carers to spend time to play and learn with their babies and children.
To improve opportunities for the local community to participate in activities that promote healthy lifestyles, including healthy cooking and eating and participating in sport and leisure activities.
To improve opportunities for parents and carers to be involved in learning that will support their parenting needs and other learning opportunities.
To improve opportunities to be involved in social and community led activities that are age related and also involve some intergenerational and family activities.
To increase volunteering opportunities.
