Northgate Ward Community Centre Improvements

The aim is to open up boarded windows in the building to allow in natural light and warmth, to enable them to cut energy usage and to replace heating appliances in order to meet gas safety standards and to reduce costs and wasted energy use on old and ineffective heating units.
