Northowram Community Sports and Activity Centre (NCSAAC)

Northowram is on the main route into Bradford close to the Halifax boundary and so is very much a busy community in an area of overlap (an est. 1,000 properties have been built during the last 15 years which have over-stretched village facilities; another 600+ are foreseen).

This project will replace a basic pavilion (salvaged from Butlins in the 1990s) with a flagship community multi-sports and activity centre, which will purposely bring together local sports clubs, school sport and uniform groups as well as community activities.

The need is substantiated by a major award from Sport England’s Sustainable Facilities fund.
