Northycote Farm, nr Wolverhampton – Sensory Garden (40232/D)

The project will transform the space into a beautiful sensory garden which will be suitable for wheelchairs, pushchairs and anyone with mobility problems. Seating, raised flowerbeds and a wide variety of planting will be chosen especially for colour, scent and texture. Visitors will be encouraged to sit and linger, touch and smell the plants and relax. The field beyond the planned garden will be seeded and left as a wildflower meadow to further encourage wildlife.
The Trust grant will contribute towards the cost of the sensory garden.
