Novel Composite Landfill Liners – Phase 2

This project is developing new types of liners for landfills which are made from waste materials and will deliver substantially impoved protection of the environment. This proposal extends highly acclaimed work done under ENTRUST projects 987098.001 and 987098.013 over the last five years. The objective of this final phase is to demonstrate the technology at an industrial scale. This will bring about a step-change in waste disposal practice.
