Nynehead Church, Wellington - Boiler

Replacement heating within the Church to protect the Grade 1 fabric of the Church for the future and takes into account removal of asbestos chimney erected against the Church Tower. To include repair of internal walls that have suffered from damp as a consequence of inadequate background heating. Contribution towards replacement oil based heating boiler including the removal of the asbestos chimney and scaffolding costs. Church and adjoining Nynehead Court are important historically to the village and Somerset. As well as providing burial and wedding facilities, it also remains a centre for community activities including church services and concerts, particularly valued by the elderly residents in the Court.
