Erection of fencing and motorcycle barriers to reduce problems from motorcycles in this open space. Work is being jointly organised with Essex Police who have advised on the fencing etc needed and they will then regularly police the area to deter and catch motorcyclists who are currently causing annoyance to users and local residents
