Oak Tree Farm Rural Project: Cafe and Shop

The creation of an amenity for use by the public and community groups as a cafe and a venue for meetings and social activities within a facililty that provides free experience and education regarding farming, agriculture, horticulture, pottery and a garden maintenance schemes for public training and training for those with learning disabilities.
