Oakham All Saints Church Hall Acoustics

Funding towards acoustic improvements and sound proofing in the church hall. The hall is well used by community groups but there has been some difficulty, especially amongst the elderly, in being able to hear accurately or to distinguish sounds due to the echo within the hall.
