Oakham Library Approach Garden

To enhance the approach to the Oakham Library which is in the centre of the market town of Oakham by clearing the area of all litter and bindweed and removing weed-infested topsoil, and then by replanting the area with new high impact plants which will attract a range of biodiversity; birds, butterflies, moths and insects. The new design will allow easier maintenance and reduce litter problems. The site is well used by the public and the new planting will greatly enhance its aesthetic value.
