Oasis - Sensory Garden

By creating the Sensory Garden, we aim to achieve the following long term goals: * Facilitate stress reduction which helps the body to reach a more balanced state. *Provide access to green space for local residents. * Expand the knowledge of plants and flowers among beneficiaries. *Provide a relaxed setting for patient-visitor interaction away from the clinical setting. *Help patients to summon up their own healing resource. * Help patients to come to terms with medical condition. * Provide a setting where hospital staff can conduct physical therapy and gardening therapy.
