Octagon Theatre, Bolton - Disabled Access

There is currently no disabled access to the Main Auditorium gallery seating, the rehearsal room or backstage facilities. The Studio is only accessible via a fire exit. As the Octagon turns 50, the applicants are transforming the theatre to ensure it is fit for purpose for the future. A major £9.8 million redevelopment project is planned to modernise the building: improving access, audience experience and comfort, increasing community spaces and improving performance spaces.
