Old School Refurbishment – Phase 2

Phase II of The Old School refurbishment programme, with attention being given to dealing with issues on the structure of the building and the health and comfort of its users. Funding will go towards replacement of the gas boiler, now more than 30 years old and very inefficient, the need to damp proof and dry-line the north facing wall of the main hall and the re-pointing of the external walls of the building. These problems are being raised by the customers as the most concerning, for comfort and health related reasons.
