Old Swan Library Community Garden

The overall aims and benefits of the gardens will be to:
Tidy up an area that is clearly visible from a main road into and out of Liverpool. Create an attractive space that invites local residents to use it. Provide an outdoor library space for reading and contemplation. Potential to include historical features / stories of local interest. Demonstrate the local community commitment to the area by including some form of recognition and involve them throughout the process.
