One Minet Park

We aim to build a 1000 m sq. 'State of the Art' concrete skatepark. There is a lack of facilities for young people in Saffron Walden. The young people have shown their dedication to the project by attending regular weekly meetings. Together with adult volunteers they have designed the park, helped raise funds and have learned about being on a committee and seeing a project evolve. Planning permission has been obtained and the project has been out to tender. Our favoured contractor' Dreamland Skateparks' of Oregon USA have sent a representative to visit us and organise the build.
