Operation Warmth, Church Estate Tenants & Residents Association (CETRA), Haydock, St Helens

This is a project to replace the central heating at CETRA, a community centre at the heart of the estate which runs next to Lyme & Wood Landfill Site. The new heating system is required as the current one is now coming to the end of its life and reliable efficient heating is vital for users of the centre.
