Orchard restoration and kitchen garden interpretation at Valleyfield Estate.

This project aims to restore the Orchard within the kitchen garden of the former Valleyfield House and Estate, held by the Preston family for over 300 years. The garden was one of Humphry Repton’s proposed improvements and also has links with David Douglas, the renowned explorer and plant collector.
