To assess the viability of a range of new and emerging compost technologies with respect to waste streams, including domestic food waste, green waste and commercial organic waste, specifically: to identify physical, chemical and microbiological characteristics of specified compost source materials. This work is a collaboration between the Faculty of Science of the University of Plymouth and Carymoor Environmental Trust.
