Orton Church community facilities

The adaptation of the base of the tower of the church, to expand the use of the building by the community.

This will include the introduction of a new sewerage system, new disabled toilet, kitchenette, bell-ringing floor, and re-ordering of the interior to create a meeting area for the village.
