Oulton Institute Community Hall Refurbishment – EXTERNAL

To make essential refurbishment to the external fabric of Oulton Institute that has been at the heart of the Oulton Community for over 120 years. This will ensure that this much loved and much used community space can continue to be available for community groups, volunteers and users to enjoy. The project involves replacing a leaking roof, the installation of new double glazed window units to help maintain a constant temperature and remove drafts as well as the re-pointing of external brickwork and redecoration.
