Rockfon 600×600 tiles. Moisture resistant with very good
insulation.

2.0 Add Roof insulation

3 Re-wire the main hall with LED panels
Supply and install 3x twin spot emergency light fitting with
Test switch facility

4 New boiler 65KW + pipe lagging + 2 fan convectors + pipe work
+ thermostat + magnetic dirt separator + remove old boiler. Associated boxing in and electrical works.

5 Painting all walls floor to ceiling + windows emulsion and gloss
