Oxford - Hinksey Park Little Wheels and Wet Play Park

A multi-use space providing year round play consisting of splash features and a learner balance bike and scooter track. Works include the creation of a new waterproof concrete base containing aquatic play items and ground sprays, a perimeter ‘mini-wheels’ bicycle and scooter learning track and bow-top fencing. The new splash will be fully DDA compliant. The old infrastructure will be reused to create the Little Wheels track. Vorlex smartflow technology will be used to conserves water. A grey water tank and piping system allows recycled water from the splash to top up the boating pond, which is currently maintained though a large industrial pump.
