To provide an attractive facility for young children & families to enjoy with seating, and disabled access that includes play equipment within the paddling pool and on the poolside.
To attract the general public, tourists and local residents to outdoor play and enjoyment that enhances their emotional, and physical wellbeing through socialisation, family time and play.
