Paignton-Torbay Bowling Club - Car Park Drainage and Resurfacing

Resurface the car park and install drainage to the area. The car park surface is breaking up with the presence of pot holes and puddles that arise during inclement weather and an inability of the area to drain except on the adjacent cricket/rugby ground. They host a visually impaired group who bowl at the club there are significant H&S concern for them.
