Painswick Quaker Meeting House Project

Aims of the Project: • Improve facilities on ground floor to include kitchen area and disabled toilet • Complete external repairs to the building fabric • Improve the sustainability and energy efficiency of the building by insulation to upper floor • Meet required safety standards by undertaking electrical and plumbing improvements • Install a hearing loop system to meet requirements for a public venue • Undertake improvements to garden, which would be open to the public to enjoy this peaceful place and enjoy the view over Painswick Valley • To provide a welcoming environment for all those who use the Meeting House, notably through improved facilities for the disabled and improved catering arrangements.
