Pannel Memorial Hall Improvement Scheme

The project will extend and refurbish the old caretaker’s house to provide two new large community rooms plus additional storage space and toilets to increase capacity and to meet the Council’s planning policy for space standards in Village Halls.
The new space will be used to meet the community needs as identified by our consultation project for additional social, education, health and fitness and performing arts activities for all age groups in the community.
The scheme includes major improvements to existing public access and emergency escape procedures for all users and especially for the elderly and disabled.
