The project involves the installation of a landmark in the hills of East Lancashire on the site of a soon to be capped landfill site. The project also involves the regeneration of the whole site encompassing new pathways, information boards and signage, boundary delineation in wooded areas, picnic spots, disabled parking, and a variety of plantings including shrubs and trees
