Parbold WI Hall Post Covid Improvements

Replace the fence on the southern boundary of Parbold Womens Institute Hall premises. The fence is now beyond its repairable life and needs to be replaced. Purchase and install an exterior double-sided notice board to be placed in the car park at the Hall to publicise activities and events taking place at the Hall and encourage participation / attract more footfall.
