Parbold WI Hall Upgrade Toilet Facilities

The refurbishment of the male/female toilet facilities at Parbold WI Hall and creation of a dedicated disabled toilet with storage. Replacement flooring, meter cupboard and decoration in the adjacent hallway. Works include specifically: rip out existing fixtures & fittings; install new pipework; remove wall and make stud wall and doorway for disabled bathroom; alterations to lighting; install 4 fire doors & casings; build wall to make new disabled area; complete plasterboard / plastering and make good entrance way; decorating; make new cupboard around fuse board; install new radiators in three toilet areas; install new flooring; build new cupboard area; install sanitary ware in 3 toilet areas; install cubicles & vanity units in ladies / gents toilets.
