The aisle roofs are in a very poor condition, having been covered in felt some 30 years ago.

Both aisles are to be stripped, repaired and recovered in sand cast lead.

All new rainwater goods to be supplied and fixed at high level. In addition the defunct ground drainage system is to be relaid to provide for efficient disposal of rain and surface water.
