Parkfield Avenue Building, Wirral - Roof Repairs (007673)

The project will aim to repair the roof, which is no longer watertight and is at risk of becoming unsafe, in accordance with the structural engineer's recommendations. Also included are associated structural repairs and to increase the insulation in the roof. The project will allow the full opening of the multicultural community space.
