Parnwell Centre

The Parnwell Estate has a central area with some shops,play areas and other community space.The area has some safety issues,overgrown scrub and shrubs,broken or missing bins leading to litter issues and is generally untidy and univiting.The project aims to restore and enhance this area to make it a safe and welcoming hub for the community,The work will involve restoring sightlines, path edges,graffiti removal, installation of fencing,painting and installation of new bins and addition of planters to enhance the area
