Part Demolition & Refurbishment of Existing Clubhouse Updating Facilities to Latest Standards

The current facility is becoming costly to maintain and only offers basic services in the kitchen and WC’s The DDR aspects are not satisfactory and as many of the users are in the seniors age bracket the committee realise that they have to modernise the facility to conform to several public building standards.
