Part Refurbishment of Memorial Park Centre

Part renovation of community sports centre constructed in the 1960’s. Due to the poor state of repair of the building, the Club is now embarking on refurbishing the first phase of improvements to bring it up to current legislation and public use standard. This will require a complete strip off and replacement of the roof covering as it is currently defective in several areas, renovate the cricket changing rooms including upgrading WC’s and showers,replace old and insecure windows, strip out and replace part of the electrical supply to the latest IEE standards and improvements to the facility security measures. This will be the first part phase of long term plan to totally refurbish all of the building.
