Pavilion on the Park Community Centre, Eastleigh – New Annexe (1984/D/TP)

The project aims to provide a new annexe. The Annexe design includes three stores, a 14m x 8m hall, a meeting and training room, a ‘changing places’ facility, and a cafe opening onto the park to be operated as a Social Enterprise. The Trust grant will contribute towards the annexe construction costs.
