Pavilion refurbishment

Our pavilion requires urgent work to restore it, addressing both safety concerns and general condition. Within this project we intend to address some key structural problems (safety), as well as internal refurbishment to address members’ concerns about general condition and hygiene. These are listed below:Replace the broken floor boards (see photos) and lay a new flooring on top.Replace the roof cladding, which has a number of holes in it and has bowed dramatically
– Lop/trim the trees either side of the building. These trees have become too big and debris from them has contributed to the roof damage (see photos).Replace and relay the concrete slabs on the club entrance patio, which are broken, unstable and unsafe. We will also incorporate a wheelchair ramp at one end to improve disabled access.Replace the furniture in the changing rooms which is very old and in unpleasant, unhygienic condition.Repair the outdoor benches.
