Pavillion extension and refurbishment

The aim of the project is to extend the current sports pavillion and refurbish the interior allowing for continued growth and sustainability of the facility.
1. Provision of required changing facilities
2. provision of required storage
3. provision of increased activity, meeting and social area allowing sustainability of the project
4. Meet the needs of various community groups in line with the “Community and Wellbeing Plan” as set out in the “Sustainable Community Strategy for the Borough of West Devon”, which feeds into the “Devon Local Area Agreement”.
5. provide suitable resources for “elite” or “gifted and talented” sports people to develop.
