Paving and Fencing at Thorpe on the Hill War Memorial

Following local fundraising for a war memorial for Thorpe on the Hill, this project is to provide cobbled paving and fencing at the war memorial location (sited at the village green and park) adjacent to the childrens play area and to enhance the whole village green area.
