Peaceful Place - Day Centre/Community Hub

Creation of a joint day centre and community hub facility which will be located close to Basildon Town Centre. The day centre will support those with early onset dementia, as well as their families and carers whilst at the same time the facilities can also be used and hired separatly for use by local voluntary and community sector groups.
