Peel Park Play

Peel Close play area is now over 30 years old but remains the hub of our community. After years of underinvestment and the gradual removal of unsafe play equipment, our children are now left with one solitary tatty climbing frame/slide combination and a damaged rubber surface full of holes. In comparison to other areas with lovely well-equipped parks our community’s children are very poorly served. The improvements that we want to implement will make the site suitable for children from 6 months old to their teenage years.The completion will be celebrated by an open day and fun day – a time for celebration and coming together, and an opportunity to thank those that have supported us •
