Pellon Baptist Church

The original boiler dating from the 1930s which heats the large Pellon Baptist Church has broken down. It needs replacing within 6 months, otherwise the fabric of the church building will begin to deteriorate and ultimately cost far more to repair at a later date. The bolier has been extensively maintained over the years but has now far exceeded its useful working life. The prominent church premises are used daily, by much of the local community, as a multi-use Family Centre (Pellon is a deprived area of Halifax.
